Rental Agreement

General

All arrangements are made subject to the following conditions and confirms that he or she accepts and agrees to be bound by these conditions upon booking a property.

Payment

We currently only accept Stripe as a form of payment. 

Payment schedule: 50% of the total cost is due upon booking, and the remainder of the balance must be paid within 7 days before arrival. 

Security deposit: No deposit is required but you may be charged for any damages occurring during your visit. 

Refunds:

For stays under 28 nights:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

For stays over 28 nights:

Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

Alterations and special requests

A client may ask for alterations during their visit. These may incur a €10 administration fee as well as any direct costs incurred. The homeowners reserve the right to deny any requests. 

Amenities

All facilities within the property are free to use by all guests at their discretion. This is done at the guest's risk and the owners take no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss. 

Personal belongings

Baggage and personal belongings, including vehicles, are brought at the guest's risk at all times and the owner's take no responsibility.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is displayed on each property page. If there are children (persons under the age of 18) included in the booking, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Under no circumstances may more than the maximum numbers of persons, as stated on the booking page, occupy a property except by prior arrangements. The owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.

Check-in and check-out times

Times for both check-in and -out are displayed on each property page, you may request to have these times changed. Failure to adhere, unless otherwise agreed, may result in additional fees.

Complaints

We take pride in delivering an exceptional experience with every stay. In the unlikely event you experience issues or have a complaint, please contact us directly as soon as possible. We will try our best to resolve your issue before your stay is complete. 

Access

Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner by giving at least 24 hours notice (unless in case of emergency).

Insurance

We encourage all renters to purchase traveller insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms.

House rules

The following rules apply to all properties of Tricoloire. Any property-specific arrangements will be noted on the booking page. You must follow the general and specific house rules at all times. 

Pets: Strictly no pets are allowed in the property at any time. This excludes verifiable service animals.

Smoking: Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the property.  

Events: No events or parties can be hosted in the property without prior agreement. 

Kitchen Maintenance: Please clean up after cooking and dispose of any food waste properly. 

Damages: Guests will be charged for repairs on any damage sustained during the visit.

Photography: No property may be used for commercial photography purposes without prior agreement.
